• Token Swap: Token exchange functionality within supported blockchain networks
• Payment Gateway: Cryptocurrency payment processing services

QPayGate operates as a technology platform and does not provide financial advisory, banking, or investment services.

3. Eligibility

To use QPayGate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where use of cryptocurrency services is prohibited
• Not be on any government sanctions list

4. Account Registration

To access full platform features, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address or Google account
• Identity verification information as required by applicable regulations
• Phone number for security verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. QPayGate is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with third parties. Each user is limited to one active account.

5. Permitted Use

You may use QPayGate for:

• Storing and managing KRWQ tokens in your wallet
• Conducting P2P trades with other registered users
• Exchanging supported digital assets
• Making and receiving cryptocurrency payments
• Viewing transaction history and account information

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use QPayGate for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activities
• Fraud, market manipulation, or deceptive practices
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent our security systems
• Sending or receiving proceeds from illegal activities
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from our platform
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Transactions & Fees

All transactions conducted on QPayGate are subject to the following:

• Transaction Finality: Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Please verify all transaction details before confirming.
• Transaction Fees: Network fees (gas/energy) may apply to blockchain transactions. Fee schedules are displayed before transaction confirmation.
• P2P Trading: Service fees for P2P trades are disclosed prior to trade execution.
• Processing Time: Transaction processing times depend on blockchain network conditions and are not guaranteed.

8. Risk Disclosure

Digital asset trading involves significant risks, including:

• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically and you may lose some or all of your investment
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations may change, potentially affecting platform operations
• Technology Risk: Blockchain networks may experience downtime, congestion, or technical failures

You acknowledge that you understand these risks and are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

9. KYC & AML Compliance

QPayGate complies with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We may require:

• Source of funds documentation
• Enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to complete required verification or that exhibit suspicious transaction patterns.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QPayGate, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of QPayGate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Privacy

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

13. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, data, or digital assets

• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to QPayGate in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

QPayGate may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to complete required KYC verification
• Pose a risk to the platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Any pending transactions at the time of termination will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where QPayGate operates for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
